CASE 193v: Cooperative Education (Internship) Art & Sciences

The internship course explores careers and training in a supervised work setting and combines theory with experiential learning intended to enhance professional and lifelong learning skills, strengthen their personal and professional values and ethics, clarify their personal and career goals, and develop their self-confidence. Students will complete a minimum of 75 internship hours per credit of supervised work in an approved organization, while also reflecting on their professional development through regular class meetings, discussions, assignments, and work performance evaluation.  1-3cr.  

Prerequisites

ENG 19 with grade C or better or placement at least ENG 22, and completion of at least 3 to 6 credits, or with instructor consent.
