Applies the quantitative methods, reasoning, and applications necessary to perform tasks and solve problems encountered by automotive technologists. Quantitative methods covered include computational operations; ratio, proportion, and percent; statistics and probability; and trigonometry. Applications include major automotive systems such as engines, drive train, chassis, and suspension. (Designed for AMT degree and certificates, but does not satisfy FS requirement for AA degrees.)
Prerequisites

MATH 75X with a grade of C or better or placement at least MATH 82, and ENG 19 with grade C or better or placement at least ENG 22, or consent.
